"Creative Mentorship" supports development of future leaders in the field of culture in Serbia - talented, dedicated and engaged young people - using mentoring as a tool for investing in their leadership skills. This year 22 mentees from all over Serbia will be supported in their personal and professional development by established professionals from the fields of culture, business, diplomacy, science, etc., who are chosen based on mentees’ needs and interests. These 44 participants of this years cycle together with alumni make a network of almost 100 ambassadors of those ideas!

Apart from the mentor - mentee individual meetings, "Creative Mentorship" organizes workshops, gatherings and debates for its participants, as well as for wider community of cultural actors, through which we focus on specific topics of interest to our mentors and mentees – e.g. leadership in culture, communication and media, fundraising, presentation skills, cultural diplomacy, links between culture and business. We believe it will be usefull and interesting for you to talk to various cultural professionals from foreign cultural centres active in Serbia thus we encourage and support your questions, comments and your active  participation in debating on new approaches and strategies of cultural diplomacy in contemporary global society.
