Goran Tomka for European Cultural Forum

Goran Tomka, PhD candidate at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, and a lecturer at UNESCO chair in Cultural policy and Management in Belgrade, and Faculty of Sport and Tourism in Novi Sad, was one of only six speakers chosen for their with innovative idea for cultural development at the European cultural Forum in Brussels. Tomka was chosen from a pool of 200 candidates from Europe that applied for a chance to present their ideas on cultural development in front of 1.400 experts, politicians and researchers in the field of culture and creative industries.
