New cycle of the programme "Creative Mentorship"

“Creative Mentorship” is unique mentorship program in Serbia that provides opportunities for personal and professional development of upcoming leaders working in the field of culture. It aims to promote mentorship as a method of lifelong learning and exchange of knowledge and experience between established professionals, mentors, and emerging professionals, mentees.

Year by year, we want to build, gather and support a community of motivated, open-minded, and socially responsible individuals who will contribute to the development of our society based on creativity, knowledge and sharing.

CREATIVE MENTORSHIP 2014 – 2015

Second edition of the program will last from January to December 2015. and it designed for 15 emerging leaders in the field of culture, such as: arts, cultural heritage, creative industries, education in and through culture, cultural management, cultural policy, activism through arts and culture, communications and other related areas, from throughout Serbia, as mentees. They will be supported through the whole next year by mentors, established professionals, which will be chosen by team of “Creative mentorship” program based on the needs, objectives and challenges that mentees elaborate in their applications.

Devotion to the development of society acknowledged through social activism and responsibility as well as quality of previous professional contribution will be major selection criteria. Mentees should carry a spirit of change and progress, be ambitious, assertive, positive, sociable and creative, with positive attitude towards discussion, exchange and interdisciplinarity.

More detailed information on activities and the structure of the program, as well as the criteria for participation, could be found in the Open call for participation (Konkurs za učešće). Open call is in Serbian since it is meant for emerging cultural leaders from Serbia.

How to apply?
All those interested in participating should:
1. fill out the application form no longer than four (4) pages, print it, sign and scan
2. attach their up-to-day CV,
3. scan and attach the pay slip of the application processing fee and

send these three documents to info@kreativnomentorstvo.com no later than October 25th. Everyone will get confirmation email that their application has been received. Application form is also in Serbian language.

Last round of the program was initiated and performed in partnership with the Embassy of Sweden in Belgrade and financed by the Swedish Institute, while this year we are supported by Headley Trust, one of the foundations of Lord Sainsbury and his family, which is for decades leading example in philanthropy in Britain. Partners of the program are Embassy of Sweden in Serbia, British Council, design incubator Nova Iskra, Terra Panonica and GI Group.
