Regionalni projekt The Cultural Policy and Management Platform je začela izvajati UNESCO katedra za kulturno politiko in management Univerze za umetnost v Beogradu, v sodelovanju z več kot tridesetimi inštituti, visokošolskimi ustanovami in
organizacijami civilne družbe iz Jugovzhodne Evrope z namenom spodbujanja pozitivnih sprememb v globalni retoriki o kulturi in izobraževanju na področju kulturne politike in managementa, v skladu s posebnimi razvojnimi potrebami v regiji Jugovzhodne Evrope.
The Cultural Policy and Management Platform predstavlja edinstveno večjezično podatkovno zbirko visokošolskih ustanov, inštitutov kot tudi relevantnih organizacij civilne družbe ter mrež, ki se ukvarjajo z raziskovanjem, izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem na področju kulturne politike in managementa v omenjeni regiji.
