Conference Creative Europe Programme 2014 – 2020

The Creative Europe Desk Serbia, whose mission is to implement the Creative Europe Programme in Serbia, is organising the first international conference called “Creative Europe Programme 2014-2020: Serbia and the Prospects of European Cooperation”. The conference will take place on the 30th of June, and the 1st and 2nd of July, 2014, at Palata Srbija.

The conference features three days of panels, workshops and accompanying programmes covering the topic of contemporary cultural policy and European cooperation. The first day of the conference establishes a wider thematic framework – from connecting institutions at the European level and cooperation between regions to the stakes held by individuals, informal groups and networks that operate in the field of culture. The second day of the conference is dedicated to key issues of the Creative Europe Programme: audience development, mobility, and creative industries. The third day of the conference is planned for workshops, which directly concern the Creative Europe Programme. Amidst the establishment of new programme procedures, the objective of the conference is also to transfer the required practical knowledge to local cultural professionals.
